There are so many ways to create these positive behaviors, including yoga, meditation and other effective techniques for relaxation.

Awareness can become a tool that can used to your advantage should you ever experience an extremely stressful situation. Because they don't take time to think about consequences or the possible reactions to what has happened, some people will very poor coping skills. Self-education or seeking the advice of the professional are tools that you can use to help yourself.
